Cathie Catasus repositioning a Beemat in Lake Joanna. The Beemat uses vegetation to take up nutrients from lake water, improving water quality. The installation of the Beemats in March and April 2012 in Lake Joanna was initiated by the Lake County Adopt-a-Lake program with funding from the Florida Lake Management Society. 4/2/2012.
