Sharks Tooth Spring is located in the Seminole State Forest, about 2 miles southeast of Cassia.

Description

Sharks Tooth Spring is a fifth-magnitude spring that emerges from the weathered limestone and clay at the base of a hillside. There is no pool at the spring head. Clear spring water creates a run 2 feet wide and 0.2 feet deep that flows northeast 800 feet into Sulphur Run. The run has a sand and pebble bottom. A hardwood forest with hiking and equestrian trails surrounds the spring.

Utilization

The spring is in Seminole State Forest. It is undeveloped but primitive camping, hiking, and equestrian trails are nearby within the Seminole State Forest. The water flows into Sulphur Run.
