SJRWMD weighs selling Lake's Pine Meadows Conservation Area

A former muck farm northeast of Eustis could be resold as surplus based on a recent assessment of lands owned by the St. Johns River Water Management District.

The Pine Meadows Conservation Area, an 803-acre tract north of State Road 44 and west of County Road 44A, is among the 1 percent of district holdings identified as potential surplus.
