Blackwater Creek Cleanup this Saturday, May 3rd
The Lake County Water Authority and the Florida Forestry Service needs volunteer paddlers to help clean rubbish along Blackwater Creek from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 3rd. The event is part of the annual "Love Our Lakes" program.
Participants will meet in the parking lot of Lake Norris Conservation area at 9 a.m. for sign-in.
All supplies and refreshments will be provided. Canoes and kayaks will be available for use.
