Clermont Chain, South Lake Historic Flow Project topic of Oct. 2nd meeting

The Alliance to Protect Water Resources will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 2 in the railroad depot at Clermont's Historic Village, 490 West Ave. Ron Hart, water-resources program manager for the Lake County Water Authority, will give a presentation on the state of the Clermont Chain of Lakes and the South Lake Historic Flow Project.

Light refreshments will be served.
