Update on Lake Minnehaha water level

Water levels in Lake Minnehaha are currently 96.55 with Lake Minneola at approximately 96.40. The dam structures at Cherry Lake and Villa City have been closed since the beginning of March.

At the end of March our total 2020 rainfall was 3.10 inches, which is 5.51 inches below the historical cumulative average of 8.60 inches for Clermont.

This is approximately 36% of the expected year-to-date rainfall and lake levels are decreasing due to the lack of rainfall.
